Lifecycle Account Manager (Maternity Leave Cover)

About the role

AT&T is looking for a Lifecycle Account Manager in Bratislava to cover a maternity leave. The role strengthens and grows existing customer relationships by managing renewals, customer health, retention risks, service changes and standard expansion opportunities, leading the post-sale customer experience and coordinating cross-functional teams. It is a fixed-term, full-time position with weekly hours of 40, working 2:00-10:30 p.m. or 3:00-11:30 p.m. to match U.S. business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Act as primary customer point of contact for operational and commercial matters.
• Lead renewal planning and execution, including risk assessment, stakeholder coordination, proposals and contract completion.
• Monitor customer health and satisfaction, and identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Manage escalations and coordinate service moves, additions, changes and disconnections.
• Influence stakeholders and drive results without direct authority.
• Coordinate Pricing, Contracting, Billing, Service Delivery, GSE, Design and Order Management teams.
• Maintain accurate renewal, customer-health, pipeline, risk and account data in company systems, and refer complex opportunities to the Lead Account Manager.

Required profile

• Experience in account management, customer success, renewals, client services or relationship management.
• Ability to manage customer relationships, renewals and retention risks.
• Strong communication, organisation, problem-solving and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to lead virtual, cross-functional teams.

Required skills

• Familiarity with proposals, service orders, contract changes and customer-management systems.
