Lead Expert Business Development & Product Strategy

About the role

Lead the development and implementation of growth strategies for product areas beyond low‑voltage wiring harnesses, focusing on high‑voltage solutions and data cable systems. You will work closely with sales, engineering, and international teams to drive new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategies for high‑voltage wiring harnesses, system solutions for electric mobility, and data cable assemblies.
• Identify new business opportunities with OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and commercial vehicle manufacturers.
• Define product roadmaps, pricing strategies, and business cases for emerging technologies.
• Build and maintain a strategic opportunity pipeline and support customer projects through hand‑over to project teams.
• Coordinate cross‑functional project management from strategy to successful implementation.

Required profile

• Degree in engineering, business administration or comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience in business development, sales, product or production management in the automotive industry.
• Project‑management experience in cross‑functional teams.
• Strong understanding of electric‑mobility trends and future vehicle platforms.
• Customer‑focused, strategic thinker with confidence in an international environment.
