IT Solution Sales Specialist

About the role

Huawei is seeking an IT Solution Sales Specialist to identify and manage sales opportunities, drive project execution and promote Huawei solutions to customers in Bratislava.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and manage sales opportunities and coordinate project execution.
• Understand customer requirements and deliver technical presentations.
• Collaborate with Account Management and other departments for successful delivery.
• Participate in RFI/RFQ/RFP processes, including requirement analysis, solution design, proposal writing and documentation.
• Handle offer design, business design, profitability management, contract reviews and risk analysis.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of IT experience with mainstream storage, backup or virtualization vendors.
• Fluent in Slovak and English.
• Strong sales, interpersonal, organizational and presentation skills.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of Windows, Linux or Unix operating systems.
• Strong expertise in Storage, Backup and Hyper‑Converged Infrastructure (HCI).
• Familiarity with virtualization and cloud technologies.
• Experience with vendors such as Dell EMC, IBM, HPE, HDS, NetApp, Pure Storage, VMware, Commvault, Veeam.
• Proficiency in standard office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
