Junior Immigration Consultant

About the role

EY is looking for a Junior Immigration Consultant to join its Global Mobility team in Bratislava. You will assist multinational clients with relocating employees to Slovakia, handling the full immigration lifecycle from documentation to liaison with authorities.

Key responsibilities

• Support clients and their employees throughout the immigration process for relocation to Slovakia.
• Prepare, coordinate and submit documentation for residence permits, work permits and visas.
• Communicate with clients, government authorities, embassies and other stakeholders.
• Attend meetings at the Foreign Police Department and other relevant agencies.
• Review and process incoming documents and information.
• Coordinate individual immigration cases together with HR teams and EY’s international network.
• Monitor legislative changes and develop expertise in Slovak and EU immigration regulations.
• Contribute to related global mobility projects such as tax, employment law and social security matters.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Slovak, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience interacting with immigration authorities, embassies or government institutions is a strong advantage.
• Knowledge of Slovak and EU immigration legislation is welcomed.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with strong communication skills.
• Proactive, team‑player attitude and eagerness to continuously learn.

Required skills

• Good computer skills, including MS Office.
