Immigration Services Intern

About the role

EY is looking for an Immigration Services Intern in Bratislava, Slovakia, on a part-time student agreement starting ASAP. You will join a team that helps clients relocate employees from around the world to Slovakia, supporting colleagues with administrative and coordination tasks, communicating with public authorities and other partners, and gaining experience in global mobility and immigration services.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with preparing documentation for residence permits, work permits, visas and related immigration procedures.
• Support clients through the various stages of the immigration process.
• Process and review received documents and information.
• Contribute to communication with government authorities and other external partners.
• Monitor legislative updates and build expertise in immigration services.
• Collaborate on global mobility projects covering tax, employment law and social security matters.

Required profile

• 3rd or 4th year university student (full-time studies).
• Fluent in English and Slovak.
• Strong communication skills with a client-service mindset.
• Analytical and conceptual thinking, initiative and proactivity.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Willingness to learn and develop new knowledge and skills.
