HPEN Territory Manager

About the role

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is hiring a Territory Manager in Bratislava. The role is hybrid, with about two days per week spent in an HPE office. It is an expert-level account management position acting as the single point of contact for several large named accounts in an assigned country, territory and/or industry, focusing on computers, servers, storage, services and printers.

Key responsibilities

• Build growth opportunities through account planning, with scheduled reviews and updates
• Work extensively with external partners to deliver solution sales
• Spend a significant amount of time with customers at management and executive level, developing business plans and applying consultative selling
• Maintain customer loyalty and trust, and achieve quarterly, half-yearly and annual quotas and margins
• Enter opportunities in the pipeline tool weekly and recommend industry-leading pipeline management practices
• Implement margin recovery activities and act as first interface for international accounts with global and local teams
• Select the right supply chain (Volume Direct or Indirect) and lead account resources to deliver results

Required profile

• University or bachelor's degree
• Typically 8-12 years of experience, including industry experience and product specialty (computers, printers, servers, storage)
• Viewed as an expert in the company, sought out by other sales representatives and managers
• Ability to build relationships at management and executive level and to negotiate and close deals

Required skills

• Leadership, time management and cross-functional coordination
• End-to-end sales process management in large deals
• Knowledge of the customer's industry and its trends

What we offer

• Salary range in Slovakia of EUR 80,400 to 149,400 per year, split 50% base and 50% target sales compensation
