Regional Sales Representative - Payments

About the role

Tsys is looking for a Regional Sales Representative to join its Sales team and help shape the future of global commerce. You will drive new business growth by identifying, prospecting and acquiring business customers within your assigned territory.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and acquire business customers in your territory
• Build and manage a portfolio of merchant services clients, developing strong relationships and growing revenue
• Hold face-to-face meetings, telephone conversations and online presentations to understand customer needs and recommend payment solutions
• Manage the full sales cycle, from lead qualification and needs analysis to pricing, closing, account sign-up and activation
• Maintain accurate customer and sales activity records in Salesforce, prepare timely reports and stay up to date on payments industry developments

Required profile

• At least 2 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in B2B sales, field sales or a customer-facing commercial role
• Proven ability to identify prospects, generate leads and convert opportunities into new business
• Bonus: experience in merchant services, payment solutions or the wider payments industry
• Bonus: a track record of successful B2B sales, including cold calling, prospecting and growing existing accounts
