Financial Controller

About the role

OPmobility is seeking a Financial Controller to join its Exterior & Lighting Business Group in Lozorno, Slovakia. You will be responsible for overseeing site controlling activities, focusing on both operational and capital expenditures, and supporting the plant’s financial health.

Key responsibilities

• Manage site controlling activities with emphasis on OPEX and CAPEX.
• Analyze manufacturing costs, including energy, maintenance, and other operational expenses.
• Prepare regular financial reports, forecasts, budgets, and strategic plans.
• Support month‑end closing and monitor variances against budget and forecast.
• Manage CAPEX planning and depreciation forecasting using SAP data.
• Upload financial data and perform intercompany reconciliations in HFM.
• Support fixed‑asset inventory processes and act as backup for the second Site Controller.

Required profile

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in controlling, financial analysis, or audit.
• Strong analytical abilities and understanding of budgeting and reporting.
• Proactive problem‑solving attitude and ability to work independently.
• Good communication skills and a business‑partnering mindset.
• Fluent in English and Slovak.
