Financial Analyst – Business Operations Support

About the role

This Financial Analyst role sits within the Global Procurement and Travel & Payment Solutions team and acts as a hybrid between Finance, Operations and Customer Support. It connects global travel programs, payment solutions and IQVIA Concierge Travel Services (ICTS). The position is based in Bratislava.

Key responsibilities

• Perform financial postings, reconciliations and journal entries in ERP systems (SAP, PeopleSoft)
• Reconcile high-volume transaction data such as airline tickets and meetings and events spend
• Manage and analyse virtual credit card transactions and payment flows
• Prepare cost breakdowns and financial summaries for meetings, travel and events
• Support global travel program and payment solutions operations and the ICTS team with financial processes for meetings and events
• Resolve queries with internal stakeholders from operational level to senior leadership
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive processes and build solutions with Power Automate, Copilot or similar tools
• Use Excel and Power BI for data analysis and reporting

Required profile

• 3+ years in finance, accounting or shared services
• Experience with ERP systems and reconciliation processes
• Strong communication and customer-facing mindset
• Proactive, independent, problem-solving attitude
