Field Engineer – Vision Systems (Žilina area)

About the role

KEYENCE is seeking a Field Engineer to provide on‑site technical support for its vision measurement systems in the Žilina region of Slovakia. Based in our Bratislava office, you will travel to customer sites, ensuring successful implementation of 2D and 3D applications and high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver on‑site troubleshooting and technical assistance for vision systems.
• Conduct proof‑of‑concept tests and product demonstrations.
• Install, configure, and commission equipment after sales.
• Train customers on proper use and best practices.
• Support the sales team with technical expertise.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and follow up on project outcomes.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in an engineering‑related field or equivalent.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel regularly.
• Residency in Slovakia, preferably in or near Žilina.
• Native‑level Slovak and business‑level English.
• Strong communication abilities and a technical mindset.

Required skills

• Experience with vision measurement systems.
• Knowledge of 2D and 3D imaging applications.
• Ability to install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware equipment.
