Experienced UX Designer (m/f/n)

About the role

ESET's global User Experience team is looking for an experienced UX designer to shape the user experience of its security products and services for business customers worldwide. The primary location is Bratislava, with the possibility of working from Košice, Prague or Brno. The position is a maternity leave cover.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and own the design of user experiences across multiple products or complex touchpoints
• Collaborate with product management, solution architects, engineering, marketing and business leadership to define the best user experience
• Ensure consistency and quality of the user experience across the ESET Business ecosystem through research, design, validation and iteration
• Lead the design of complex user journeys and flows across multiple touchpoints
• Drive collaborative design iterations with cross-functional stakeholders
• Plan and conduct design validation through usability testing, data and analytics
• Contribute to broader UX initiatives, processes and best practices within the team

Required profile

• At least 5-6 years of experience in UX-related work
• Experience working on complex digital products
• Relevant education (UX, Interaction Design, Visual Communications, Architecture, Product Design or similar)
• Proactive "can-do" attitude, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to understand technical topics quickly
• Excellent communication, cooperation and presentation skills
• Fluent English (verbal and written)
• Bonus points for B2B product experience, service design and usability testing and analytics experience

Candidates should send work samples showing their design process, such as sketches, storyboards, scenarios, navigation flows and conceptual models, explaining their role and contribution.
