Crisis & Resilience Specialist – Hybrid

About the role

Swiss Re is looking for a proactive Crisis & Resilience Specialist to support its global crisis management function. The role will oversee day‑to‑day operations, governance, training and continuous improvement of crisis and resilience capabilities, and will be involved in real‑world incident response.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and coordinate training, onboarding and awareness activities for crisis, emergency and incident response teams.
• Develop, maintain and test incident management plans and crisis exercises, handling logistics, stakeholder management and reporting.
• Support real‑world incident response through activation, coordination, log keeping, situational awareness and post‑incident reporting.
• Manage crisis management tools and platforms, including user onboarding, access control, testing and data maintenance.
• Maintain documentation, contact information and governance records for operational resilience programmes.
• Prepare management information, dashboards and reports for leadership and regulatory audit purposes.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in crisis management, operational resilience, business continuity or related fields.
• Proven ability to design, facilitate and evaluate crisis simulations and tabletop exercises.
• Strong organisational and planning skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint).
• Experience using crisis platforms such as Webex, AlertMedia, Riskonnect.
• Knowledge of reporting tools like Power BI.
• Familiarity with Agile tracking tools (e.g., Viva Goals, WorkBoard).

What we offer

• Base salary between €2,000 and €3,400 per month, plus performance‑based bonus.
• Hybrid work model with at least three days per week in the office.
