Cost Analyst (m/f/d)

About the role

As a Cost Analyst at our Dubnica plant, you will enhance cost transparency and turn financial data into actionable insights that drive operational efficiency. Working closely with the Plant Controller, you will help the factory understand performance drivers and support strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Support the monthly financial close by preparing accurate performance reports.
• Analyze production variances such as price, scrap, material usage, and inventory to identify root causes.
• Collaborate with production leaders to provide data‑driven recommendations.
• Improve reporting quality using Excel, SAP, and Business Intelligence tools.
• Assist in budgeting and long‑term financial planning for cost control.

Required profile

• Experience in finance, cost analysis, or accounting, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to communicate findings clearly across teams.
• Intermediate or higher proficiency in English.
