Process Specialist – Sell to Cash (English & Spanish)

About the role

KONE Business Services (KBS) runs and continuously improves core business processes for KONE worldwide. The Bratislava‑based Sell to Cash team is looking for a Process Specialist fluent in English and Spanish to support KONE branches.

Key responsibilities

• Manage standard and complex tasks across Sell to Cash processes, including customer data, contract data, management and billing.
• Act as subject‑matter expert, providing guidance, mentoring and building expertise within the team.
• Collaborate with teams and countries to deliver harmonised, customer‑focused solutions.
• Identify automation opportunities and apply Lean and Lean UX methodologies to improve outcomes.
• Translate complex process topics into clear messages for diverse audiences.
• Support strategic projects through all phases to ensure successful implementation.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience as a subject‑matter expert in Sell to Cash processes, focusing on customer data, contract data and billing.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Advanced proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office 365.
• Problem‑solving mindset with a keen interest in continuous improvement.
• Analytical ability to work with large, unstructured datasets in Excel.
• Understanding of automation concepts, Lean and Lean UX principles.
