Construction Support Engineer

About the role

Join Kanadevia Inova to support the Project Construction Manager in planning and executing construction and erection activities for large‑scale waste‑to‑value projects, ensuring safety, quality, schedule and cost objectives are met.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Project Construction Manager in planning and executing construction and erection activities while meeting HSE, quality, schedule and cost targets.
• Prepare, review and manage erection documentation such as drawings, lifting plans, schedules, sketches and resource plans.
• Coordinate procurement of installation packages, tools and third‑party personnel required for project execution.
• Provide proactive administrative and documentation support, maintaining templates, project records and business review reports.
• Travel to the site for short periods when required.

Required profile

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering or a related technical field.
• Experience in erection planning and execution of large industrial plant projects (advantageous).
• Proficiency with MS Office, AutoCAD, MS Project and Navisworks.
• Understanding of HSEQ requirements, planning processes, risk identification and problem‑solving.
• Strong English communication skills and a solution‑oriented, independent work style.
