Business Operation Analyst

About the role

The Business Operation Analyst will support Hewlett Packard Enterprise’s supply chain by planning, scheduling, and coordinating demand and supply activities. Working in a hybrid model (approximately two days per week on‑site), you will partner with cross‑functional teams to improve processes, meet regulatory requirements, and drive cost‑effective execution of business strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and validate demand signals, align them with transition plans, and identify supply constraints.
• Create executable short‑term (≤6 months) plans that meet financial and market‑share targets.
• Manage order‑to‑cash processes, including allocation, Available‑to‑Promise (ATP), and commitment tracking.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, consolidating domestic and international shipments.
• Analyze inventory data, optimize stock levels, and improve inventory velocity.
• Track and report business metrics such as customer availability, on‑time delivery, supplier response time, and supply‑chain costs.
• Identify and implement process‑improvement opportunities in collaboration with stakeholders.

Required profile

• Intermediate‑level subject‑matter knowledge of supply‑chain and business‑process concepts.
• Ability to solve moderately complex business issues and provide analytical insights.
• Independent judgment within defined guidelines and the capacity to make recommendations.
• Experience working in cross‑functional teams and communicating with diverse stakeholders.
