Booking & Billing Analyst (Italian) – Fixed-term

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Booking & Billing Analyst who is fluent in English and Italian. The role is a one‑year fixed‑term position, with the possibility of extension, and involves managing end‑to‑end booking and billing transactions while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Process complete Booking and Billing transactions within the assigned scope.
• Review and reconcile purchase orders, quotations, contracts, approvals and ERP/CRM data.
• Create, amend and validate orders, projects or contracts and configure billing terms, milestones or instalment schedules.
• Prepare, issue and close invoices and credit notes, and analyse transactional discrepancies.
• Place incomplete transactions on hold, coordinate corrections and re‑validate them.
• Collaborate with Sales, Project Management, Service and Finance to resolve issues.
• Maintain documentation to support audit, control and backlog requirements.

Required profile

• Fluency in English and Italian.
• Secondary education or university degree.
• Relevant experience in Finance, OTC, order management, billing, contract administration or customer service.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and time‑management skills.
• Positive attitude with a focus on excellent customer service.
• Ability to work independently and resolve transactional discrepancies.
• High attention to detail and good communication skills.
