Associate Partner – Startup & Innovation Ecosystems

About the role

Civitta is seeking an Associate Partner to lead and expand its Startup & Innovation Ecosystems practice in Slovakia or the Czech Republic. You will combine strategic thinking with hands‑on execution to shape innovation programmes, support high‑potential startups, and drive societal impact.

Key responsibilities

• Lead consulting and innovation projects, delivering actionable recommendations and creative solutions.
• Build and nurture client relationships while fostering local innovation ecosystems.
• Identify, engage, and support high‑potential startups and acceleration initiatives.
• Coach and mentor project teams, ensuring quality delivery across multiple engagements.
• Design, launch, and scale new consulting services, workshops, and acceleration programmes.
• Manage stakeholder networks and contribute to Civitta’s growth locally and internationally.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in consulting, business management, or innovation.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proven ability to design and scale innovation programmes.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing and mentoring multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong network in local and international innovation ecosystems.
• Professional fluency in English and Slovak or Czech.
