About the role
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant / Sales Representative to support our financial consulting team. The role combines office administration with client‑facing sales activities and offers full training in finance.
Key responsibilities
- Work with CRM and internal systems to manage client data.
- Communicate with clients by phone and organize meetings.
- Assist in preparing financial plans and presentation materials.
- Support day‑to‑day team activities and administrative tasks.
- Gradually develop knowledge in financial consulting.
Required profile
- Secondary education (high school diploma).
- Good knowledge of PC and Microsoft Office.
- Slovak language at B1 level or higher.
- Strong communication and organizational abilities.
- Interest in finance and willingness to learn.
