Accounting & Finance Rotational

About the role

This rotational position supports FP&A senior analysts and regional leadership across finance activities, offering exposure to audit, global product, FP&A and business unit finance. You will contribute to monthly reporting, KPI maintenance, and ad‑hoc analyses while developing a broad financial acumen.

Key responsibilities

• Support preparation and analysis of financial reports covering revenue, cost of sales, expenses, CAPEX and balance‑sheet items.
• Maintain and update KPIs, perform variance analysis and contribute to flash, outlook and forecasting cycles.
• Gather and validate data from multiple systems and stakeholders, ensuring accuracy for management review.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (BBC, IBC, business units) to resolve data issues and support timely reporting.
• Participate in process improvements, internal finance projects and provide ad‑hoc financial analyses.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field (or Bachelor’s with relevant experience).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Finance or Accounting, preferably FP&A.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and analytical concepts.
• Proactive attitude, detail‑oriented and ability to work in a fast‑paced team.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables).
• Familiarity with Power BI and PowerPoint.
• Exposure to financial systems such as HFM or OneStream.
