Accountant General – Finance & Accounting

About the role

Join Schaeffler, a global technology leader, as an Accountant General. You will be responsible for day‑to‑day accounting operations for an assigned business unit, supporting accurate financial reporting and audit readiness.

Key responsibilities

• Execute routine operational accounting activities, including posting entries and maintaining ledgers.
• Open and maintain accounts, statements, and process payments and invoices.
• Assign receipts, bills and other business activities to the correct accounts.
• Prepare statistical and financial reports for internal use.
• Support Finance Accounting Management in analyzing accounting data.
• Assist in preparing and maintaining documentation required for audits.

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree in Business Administration or Accounting, or vocational training in Finance/Accounting.
• 1 to 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
