Workplace Manager

About the role

Wolt is looking for a Workplace Manager to lead the workplace experience and operations for Slovakia and its satellite offices in Germany. Reporting to the Global Workplace & Facilities Manager, you will ensure that all office locations are functional, comfortable, safe, sustainable and efficient for employees, visitors and contractors.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for landlords, vendors and local stakeholders across all workplaces in the assigned country.
• Manage day‑to‑day implementation of policies, procedures and programs that maintain building functionality, comfort, safety, sustainability and efficiency.
• Lead workplace programs, including space planning, health & safety initiatives, and employee experience activities.
• Oversee vendor relationships, negotiate contracts and ensure service quality.
• Support satellite office set‑ups, ensuring they are well‑equipped and aligned with Wolt’s standards.
• Collaborate with the wider Real Estate & Facilities teams to remove friction in physical spaces.

Required profile

• Proven experience in workplace, facilities or office management, preferably in a fast‑growing environment.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a hands‑on approach.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
