Transfer Pricing Manager – Multinational Projects

About the role

Join the largest Transfer Pricing team in Slovakia and help multinational clients design tax‑efficient structures. You will lead complex, cross‑border projects, advising on documentation, dispute resolution and advance pricing agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, direct and coordinate multi‑country transfer pricing projects for multinational groups.
• Develop and optimise business model concepts and implement them globally.
• Analyse global value chains, identify client needs and design tailored solutions.
• Advise on transfer pricing policies, governance, documentation and technology solutions.
• Support clients in dispute resolution and advance ruling negotiations.
• Contribute to business development, winning new work and expanding service offerings.

Required profile

• Master's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Law or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of transfer pricing experience, preferably in a consultancy.
• Fluent English (B2/C1) and native Slovak or Czech.
• Proven track record in managing and coordinating multi‑country transfer pricing projects.
• Leadership potential and strong analytical curiosity.
• Excellent command of MS Office, especially Excel.
