Technical Architect – Software Architecture & Design

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Architect to lead the design and validation of scalable, secure solutions. The role combines hands‑on development, architectural governance, and cross‑team collaboration in a dynamic, hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop C4 models, high‑level and low‑level designs, and class, sequence, and data‑flow diagrams.
• Run proof‑of‑concepts and validate architectural decisions through direct implementation.
• Define reference architectures, reusable patterns, and engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, Tech Leads, Project Managers, DevOps, SRE, and Operations teams.
• Identify technical risks, support architecture governance, and obtain sign‑off.
• Ensure technical documentation, security, and policy compliance.
• Promote architectural consistency across multiple development teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a System or Technical Architect.
• 7+ years of software development experience.
• Strong background in software architecture and engineering.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and collaboration abilities.

Required skills

• C4 modeling (Structurizr, PlantUML, Mermaid)
• C# (primary language) and Python (plus)
• Dependency Injection, Clean Architecture, Domain‑Driven Design
• Azure Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, Purview
• DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, production operations
