ServiceNow Security Solution Architect – Bratislava

About the role

Looking to take your IT security consulting career to the next level? Our ServiceNow Cyber & Risk team is seeking a consultant with an innovative, can‑do attitude and a passion for making a difference. You’ll be based in our Bratislava office and work with global companies across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Lead implementations of ServiceNow IRM and SecOps projects within the Devoteam Group.
• Provide technical leadership, including training, presentations, and knowledge sharing.
• Conduct pre‑sales activities, deliver product demos, prepare proposals, and estimate projects.
• Advisory and implementation of Security Operations, Risk and Compliance using ServiceNow SecOps and IRM suites.

Required profile

• 3+ years of consulting or implementation experience in IT security, risk or compliance.
• Knowledge of security trends and their application to cyber security challenges.
• Understanding of standards and frameworks such as ISO2700x, NIST CSF, DORA, NIS2, GDPR.
• Analytical mindset and a can‑do attitude.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
