Supply Chain Finance Lead (EMEA)

About the role
The EMEA Regional Lead for Supply Chain Finance will report to the Global Lead and work closely with regional stakeholders, senior leadership, and external partners to drive the deployment and ongoing management of the supply chain finance program across the EMEA region.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the regional execution, adoption and continuous improvement of the supply chain finance program.
- Partner with procurement, treasury, finance, IT and external financial partners to optimise processes and align with organisational goals.
- Develop and execute regional project plans, timelines and implementation activities, ensuring compliance and timely delivery.
- Manage service level agreements to support efficient supplier onboarding and scalable programme growth.
- Design and deploy analytics to monitor onboarding timelines and supplier payments.
- Drive year‑over‑year adoption growth in line with global targets and industry standards.
- Assess and mitigate regional risks, maintaining strong controls and regulatory compliance.
- Provide training, communication and change support to internal teams and external partners.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain finance, program management or procurement with regional or cross‑border scope.
- Strong understanding of working‑capital optimisation, reverse factoring and dynamic discounting.
- Proven ability to lead complex, cross‑functional initiatives across a regional environment.
- Knowledge of EMEA business practices and regulatory considerations is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
Required skills
- Project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet).
- Financial systems and analytics platforms.
- Understanding of reverse factoring and dynamic discounting instruments.
