SSG Customer Experience Specialist

About the role

Join Lenovo’s Solutions Services Group (SSG) as a Customer Experience Specialist. You will be responsible for onboarding and enabling customers on Service Connect, Lenovo’s digital support platform, helping them adopt and maximize its value across the EMEA region.

Key responsibilities

• Lead customer onboarding, ensuring a seamless setup experience and guiding users through platform adoption.
• Deliver engaging product demos and training sessions to illustrate key features and best practices.
• Create and maintain onboarding materials such as training guides, presentations, and support documentation.
• Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely solutions.
• Support customers with portal navigation, asset management, warranty information, service cases, and product‑related questions.
• Manage customer account setup and asset onboarding, including bulk asset uploads for enterprise customers.
• Collaborate closely with sales teams, account managers, and internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth and successful adoption.
• Capture customer feedback, document interactions, and drive continuous service improvement through Voice of Customer insights.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in customer onboarding, customer success, enablement, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
