Head of Enterprise & Software Architecture

About the role

In this role you will help shape and evolve ESET’s enterprise and software architecture in line with business strategy and product direction. You will lead a team of senior architects and play a key role in strengthening architectural capabilities across a global R&D organization delivering cybersecurity solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and evolve enterprise and software architecture to support product strategy.
• Lead, mentor and develop a team of senior architects across multiple locations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure architectural alignment across cloud, on‑prem, security and data domains.

Required profile

• Proven senior technical leadership experience (Technical Lead, Architect, Engineering Manager, etc.).
• Strong hands‑on background in modern software architecture.
• Ability to influence decisions across enterprise applications, integration, cloud, security, data, APIs and micro‑services.
• Experience with multi‑cloud or hybrid, large‑scale technology environments.
• Knowledge of CRM, ERP and eCommerce support domains and digital customer journeys.
• Excellent communication, analytical thinking and decision‑making skills.
• Advanced level of English, written and spoken.
