Solution Architect – CRM Systems

About the role

We are seeking a Solution Architect to join the CRM Team within ESET’s Business Systems Department. In this position you will help design, develop and continuously improve CRM‑related business systems that support our global offices and partner network.

Key responsibilities

• Co‑operate on the design and enhancement of CRM solutions aligned with business needs, IT strategy and security standards.
• Define target architectures, interfaces and integration points, ensuring consistency with enterprise guidelines.
• Analyse business requirements, data flows and system behavior to propose effective technical solutions.
• Prepare solution specifications, documentation and presentations for project owners and delivery teams.
• Communicate actively with internal stakeholders, Enterprise Architects, Business System Analysts and Software Engineers.
• Support task planning, coordination and participation in conceptual and methodological activities related to business systems architecture.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (or equivalent university education).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT solution development, implementation, migration, deployment, support or operation.
• Experience with business systems, system integrations and business processes, preferably in the CRM domain.
• Proactive communication style and ability to work both independently and within a team.
• Strong analytical, logical and abstract thinking skills.
