Software Builder

About the role

Innovatrics is looking for a Software Builder who takes an idea from concept to production. You will own the entire lifecycle of features – design, implementation, evaluation, and deployment – while working with AI agents that generate most of the code.

Key responsibilities

• Own features end‑to‑end, delivering production‑ready code.
• Direct AI agents (Claude Code or comparable) through the build process and verify their output as if you wrote it yourself.
• Write evaluation tests to demonstrate correctness of delivered work.
• Improve shared tooling by fixing recurring agent mistakes.
• Make informed decisions on when AI assistance is appropriate, especially for security‑sensitive or novel biometric algorithms.
• Work across the full stack, moving beyond layer boundaries to solve problems.
• Collaborate with product owners and fellow engineers without waiting for explicit permission.

Required profile

• Proven experience shipping software to real users and the ability to discuss failures and lessons learned.
• Comfort with multiple programming languages or technology stacks, with deep expertise in at least one.
• Hands‑on experience developing with AI agents (Claude Code or similar) and a realistic view of their limitations.
• Strong habit of verification – you can explain how you know a piece of work is correct.
• Bias toward delivering functional, correct solutions over perfect but unfinished code.

Required skills

• Claude Code or comparable AI coding assistant.
• Experience with AI agents for code generation.
• Knowledge of biometric identity systems (face recognition, fingerprint matching, identity verification).
