About the role

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders across the EMEA region. In this high‑visibility position you will shape workforce strategy, lead complex hiring initiatives and influence talent planning for critical business functions.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior business leaders to translate long‑term objectives into forward‑thinking talent acquisition strategies.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for niche, specialist and business‑critical roles, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.
• Conduct talent mapping and competitor analysis to proactively identify high‑potential external talent.
• Build and maintain strategic talent pipelines aligned with regional workforce plans.
• Ensure inclusive candidate slates and actively engage diverse talent pools.
• Mentor and coach junior Talent Acquisition Partners, sharing best practices.
• Represent the organization in professional networks and talent communities.
• Contribute to TA projects and process‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Significant experience managing complex hiring in competitive, specialist talent markets.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic talent initiatives.
• Strong commercial mindset with a data‑driven approach to recruitment.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of building trust quickly.
