Senior Supporter, IT Site Support

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Supporter, IT Site Support to join Danfoss in Považská Bystrica. You will be the first point of contact for all IT requests, ensuring that the workplace runs reliably, securely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, network and printing issues to keep daily operations smooth.
• Manage and coordinate user requests, including analysis, escalation and collaborative resolution.
• Install, configure and maintain workstations, operating systems and corporate applications.
• Maintain IT asset inventory, oversee hardware procurement processes and support technology acquisition.
• Assist in the administration and upkeep of LAN/WAN infrastructure to guarantee stable and secure network connectivity.

Required profile

• Fluent Slovak (C2) and functional English (minimum B1) for effective communication.
• Strong ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and take ownership of assigned duties.
• Team‑oriented mindset with willingness to learn new technologies in an international environment.

Required skills

• Microsoft Windows 10/11 operating systems.
• Microsoft 365 suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Active Directory and Azure basics.
• Understanding of LAN, TCP/IP and general network services.
• Experience with printing solutions and hardware inventory management.
