Cloud Reliability Analyst

About the role

As a Cloud Reliability Analyst you will join Epicor’s Global Cloud Services team, providing world‑class support for customers using Epicor cloud‑hosted solutions. You will investigate, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues while ensuring SLA compliance and high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve technical issues within agreed SLAs.
• Communicate clearly with customers and provide regular updates.
• Test and implement approved fixes, scripts, and solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams and technical experts on complex issues.
• Maintain accurate tickets, reports, audit trails, and technical documentation.
• Provide customer guidance, instructions, and training when required.
• Support cloud infrastructure, databases, backups, applications, user access, availability, capacity, and disaster recovery.

Required profile

• Strong technical aptitude and understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, and enterprise applications.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft SQL Server, and database administration.
• Familiarity with virtualization, Kubernetes, containers, PowerShell, and automation tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
