ServiceNow Security Solution Architect (Bratislava)

About the role

Join Devoteam’s ServiceNow Cyber & Risk team in Bratislava as a Security Solution Architect. You will work on cutting‑edge security, risk and compliance projects for European clients, driving the implementation of ServiceNow IRM and SecOps solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead implementations of ServiceNow IRM and SecOps projects across the Devoteam Group.
• Provide technical leadership, including training, presentations and knowledge sharing.
• Conduct pre‑sales activities: product demos, proposal preparation and project estimations.
• Deliver advisory and implementation services for Security Operations, Risk and Compliance using ServiceNow suites.

Required profile

• 3+ years of consulting or implementation experience in IT security, risk or compliance.
• Strong knowledge of security trends and ability to address cyber‑security challenges.
• Familiarity with standards such as ISO2700x, NIST CSF, DORA, NIS2, GDPR.
• Analytical mindset, can‑do attitude and fluent English communication skills.
