Senior SAP HCM Full-Stack Developer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior SAP HCM Full‑Stack Developer to join DXC’s BizDevOps team. The role involves designing, coding, testing and maintaining SAP HCM solutions, with a focus on both front‑end Fiori/UI5 applications and back‑end ABAP/OData services.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into functional SAP HCM solutions, including Payroll, Time Management and Personnel Administration.
• Develop and enhance user‑friendly SAP Fiori applications using UI5 and JavaScript.
• Write, optimise and maintain OO‑ABAP code, BAdIs, User Exits, BAPIs and custom reports.
• Create OData services and ensure seamless integration between SAP HCM, SuccessFactors and external systems.
• Analyse and resolve complex issues in Payroll, Time Management, Personnel Administration and Organizational Management.
• Implement payroll changes, manage automated jobs and deploy updates without disrupting production.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of SAP development experience, especially with HCM modules (PA, OM, PY, TM).
• Strong background in Agile/DevOps environments using Jira and Confluence.
• Excellent communication skills in English and ability to work in international teams.
