Senior SAP Consultant

About the role

EY is seeking an experienced Senior SAP Consultant to join its consulting team in Žilina. You will work with a diverse set of clients in Slovakia and abroad, helping them optimise their business processes through SAP solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, acting as the main SAP point of contact.
• Analyse customer processes and drive new product development within the SAP environment.
• Deliver high‑quality client services, monitor project progress, manage risks and keep stakeholders informed.
• Review work produced by junior consultants and lead user training sessions.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in a technical or economics discipline.
• At least 3 years of SAP implementation experience.
• Minimum 1 year of experience coordinating junior consultants.
• Strong written and verbal communication in Slovak and English.
• Analytical mindset, logical thinking and willingness to travel.
