Senior Java Developer

About the role

Accenture’s Advanced Technology Center is looking for a passionate Senior Java Developer to join a fast‑moving Agile team. You will work on cloud‑first, AI‑enabled projects that shape the future of our clients’ digital experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain Java (Spring) applications and custom Java frameworks.
• Build and operate cloud‑native solutions on AWS.
• Collaborate in an Agile environment with a strong DevOps culture.
• Participate in iterative prototyping to improve user experience.
• Mentor junior and mid‑level developers and help shape the tech community.
• Progress towards an architect role, leading technical decisions and teams.

Required profile

• Several years of professional experience in Java development.
• Proven ability to work in Agile, DevOps‑oriented teams.
• Interest in emerging technologies such as Generative AI.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset and willingness to share knowledge.
