Senior Global Procurement Manager – Solution & Services

About the role

Lenovo is seeking a Senior Global Procurement Manager to lead solution and services sourcing for its Solutions Services Group. The role will drive strategic supplier partnerships and support complex customer opportunities across hybrid cloud, AI, digital workplace and other technology domains.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute global sourcing and category strategies aligned with the Solutions Services portfolio.
• Lead end‑to‑end procurement activities: market analysis, supplier selection, RFx, contract negotiation, onboarding and performance management.
• Collaborate with business, sales, delivery, legal, finance and technology teams to deliver commercially competitive, scalable solutions.
• Build and manage a strategic global supplier ecosystem that fosters innovation, resilience and long‑term partnerships.
• Deliver measurable value through cost savings, cost avoidance, commercial optimization and continuous supplier improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in global procurement or strategic sourcing for technology solutions and services.
• Strong track record of managing complex, multi‑disciplinary procurement projects in a multinational environment.
• Excellent negotiation and contract management skills, with ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with focus on cost optimization and supplier performance.

Required skills

• Experience with RFx processes and supplier governance.
• Knowledge of software, SaaS, cloud services, OEM/ODM and licensing models.
• Familiarity with contract negotiation and commercial agreement structures.
