Senior Engineering Manager – Remote (based in Slovakia)

About the role

TechBiz Global is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead multiple squads remotely from Slovakia. You will work with a talented group of engineering managers, shaping technical strategy and driving delivery excellence across our gaming product area.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coach several engineering squads, raising standards in delivery, communication, and technical decision‑making.
• Define and steer technical strategy for the product area, keeping roadmaps on track.
• Collaborate with the Gaming pillar and other engineering leaders to ensure efficient teamwork and consistent standards.
• Use data‑driven insights to support prioritisation, planning, and performance measurement.
• Partner with product and commercial stakeholders to deliver measurable improvements in customer value and business outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Senior Engineering Manager, Head of Engineering, Group Engineering Manager, or equivalent.
• Strong architecture and systems judgement, able to challenge proposals and guide multi‑team technical direction.
• Experience managing multiple teams with different priorities while maintaining momentum and alignment.
• Deep understanding of the product development lifecycle in a product‑led environment.
