Senior Consultant – Murex/Capital Markets

About the role

Capco is seeking a Senior Consultant to join its Capital Markets team in Bratislava. You will work at the intersection of business and technology, helping leading banks and financial institutions enhance their Murex MX.3 platforms and streamline capital‑markets processes across the trade lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Support complex transformation and implementation projects involving the Murex MX.3 platform.
• Analyse business and technical requirements, design solutions and assist with configuration, integration and testing of new functionalities.
• Collaborate closely with Front Office, Risk, Operations, Finance and IT teams, acting as the bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams.
• Drive optimisation and digitalisation of capital‑markets processes from trade capture to settlement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in techno‑functional roles within capital markets or banking.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with multidisciplinary teams.
