Senior Clinical Project Manager – Global Study Leadership

About the role

IQVIA is seeking a Senior Clinical Project Manager to lead large‑scale, multi‑regional studies in Immunology, Dermatology, Respiratory and Ophthalmology. The role provides strategic leadership from study start‑up through close‑out, partnering directly with sponsors and cross‑functional teams to accelerate the development of innovative therapies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead delivery of complex global and multi‑regional clinical trials, ensuring quality, timelines, budgets and regulatory compliance.
• Act as the primary strategic partner for sponsors, offering guidance and innovative solutions.
• Direct cross‑functional teams across regions, fostering collaboration and high performance.
• Oversee study timelines, budgets, risk management, financial performance and operational delivery.
• Drive proactive issue resolution and stakeholder alignment throughout the study lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with ICH‑GCP, local regulations and contractual commitments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare or a related scientific discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of clinical research experience, including project management of global or multi‑regional trials.
• Proven experience leading Immunology, Dermatology, Respiratory or Ophthalmology studies is strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of clinical trial conduct and regulatory requirements.

Required skills

• In‑depth understanding of ICH‑GCP guidelines.
• Experience with global clinical trial operations and risk management.
