Senior Auditor – Operations & Change

About the role

Swiss Re’s Group Internal Audit (GIA) is looking for a Senior Auditor focused on Operations & Change. You will leverage your knowledge of HR, Legal, Compliance and Communications to audit end‑to‑end value‑chain processes and lead transformation‑related audits across the firm.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and lead audits of operations functions and transformation projects from start to finish.
• Engage regularly with senior stakeholders and function heads across multiple lines of business.
• Contribute to the GIA audit plan and ensure audit delivery meets quality standards.
• Coach junior team members and act as a role model for audit excellence.

Required profile

• 5‑7+ years of experience in the financial services industry.
• Deep understanding of end‑to‑end operations processes and governance controls.
• Proven experience auditing transformation initiatives.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.

• Base salary between EUR 3,100 and EUR 5,100 per month.
