Salesforce Marketing Cloud Technical Consultant

About the role

Join Deloitte Digital’s MarTech team to help global brands design and deliver intelligent customer engagement. You will work with international clients to design, configure and implement Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Braze solutions that drive personalized experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement marketing automation campaigns, customer journeys and landing pages in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Braze.
• Integrate Marketing Cloud and Braze with external systems and data sources using APIs.
• Collaborate with technical teams to apply simple personalization logic (AMPscript or Liquid) and basic HTML email coding.
• Support client‑facing activities such as presentations, demos, proposal development and solution concept design.
• Work in a project environment, organise tasks and ensure delivery of milestones.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience within the Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Platform or Marketing Cloud).
• Strong interest in marketing, customer experience and AI‑powered engagement.
• Ability to translate business needs into actionable recommendations and improve conversion, retention and satisfaction metrics.
• Comfortable working in project teams and communicating confidently in English (B2+).
• Basic understanding of HTML for email and willingness to work with simple personalization logic.
