About the role
Lenovo is seeking a data‑driven Reporting and Data Analyst to join its Europe META Services organization. You will transform data into actionable insights that support operational excellence and strategic decision‑making across the global services business.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations for operational and executive audiences.
- Build and maintain Power BI Dataflows, semantic models, and SQL‑based solutions, integrating data from multiple enterprise systems.
- Translate business requirements into scalable reporting solutions, defining KPIs and performance metrics.
- Identify and implement automation opportunities to streamline manual reporting processes.
- Partner with Services Operations leaders, business managers, and global stakeholders to deliver analytics that drive business performance.
