React/Java Fullstack Developer

About the role

You will join the Biometric platform for ID issuance team, working on an Automated Biometric Identification System that supports governments in elections, ePassports and border security. The role combines clean architecture, high‑quality code and strong ownership in a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Familiarise yourself with the technical infrastructure, architecture and CI/CD pipelines.
• Participate in code reviews, contribute to feature development, bug fixes and performance improvements.
• Lead technical discussions, design and implement complex micro‑service features.
• Mentor junior developers and promote coding standards.
• Own significant parts of the backend architecture and influence long‑term technical strategy.
