Procurement & Third-Party Risk Advisory Manager

About the role

PwC Advisory s.r.o. is expanding its risk and procurement advisory capability in Bratislava. As a Manager (or Director) you will lead the design and delivery of services covering KYC, KYS, KYBP and third‑party risk management, with a focus on supplier screening and procurement risk assessment.

Key responsibilities

• Drive growth of the KYC/KYS/KYBP and third‑party risk advisory offering, identifying market opportunities and shaping go‑to‑market priorities.
• Build and maintain trusted client relationships, acting as a strategic advisor on supplier risk, due diligence and procurement risk management.
• Lead business development activities, including client engagement, solution design, proposal preparation and support for closing strategic opportunities.
• Advise clients on third‑party due‑diligence frameworks, supplier onboarding, screening processes and risk mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to identify cross‑border opportunities and align on strategic priorities.
• Contribute to the evolution of service offerings in line with regulatory developments and market trends.
• Lead and coordinate consulting teams delivering risk‑focused engagements, ensuring high‑quality, commercially relevant outcomes.
• Support the build‑out of a scalable consulting capability through knowledge development, mentoring and best‑practice sharing.

Required profile

• University degree in Law, Economics, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including leadership roles in risk, compliance or procurement advisory.
• Fluency in German (C1/C2) and English.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of KYC, KYS, KYBP methodologies and third‑party risk management.
• Experience with supplier screening, due‑diligence processes and procurement risk assessment.
