People Analytics Specialist – HR Data & Survey Expert

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented People Analytics Specialist to join PwC’s Human Capital team in Bratislava. The role focuses on employee surveys, people analytics, reporting and data enablement, helping the HR function make data‑driven decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end delivery of employee surveys, including setup, respondent lists, demographic mapping, testing, launch, monitoring, reporting and board‑ready presentations.
• Maintain and enhance recurring analytics outputs, Power BI dashboards, dataflows and reporting files using Alteryx, Excel and Power BI.
• Identify and implement opportunities to automate or simplify existing workflows and reporting processes.
• Support regular HR reporting, ad‑hoc data requests and people‑analytics deliverables.
• Contribute ideas to the People Analytics agenda and drive practical, data‑based solutions.
• Facilitate knowledge‑sharing sessions to improve data literacy and present findings to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Experience in HR analytics, people reporting, employee surveys or a related data‑analytics field.
• Strong attention to detail, ownership of data quality and understanding of confidentiality and data‑privacy principles.
• Ability to work autonomously, manage priorities and drive tasks forward independently.
• Proactive, reliable and comfortable improving processes and challenging the status‑quo.
• Excellent written and spoken English and confidence presenting data to senior audiences.

Required skills

• Advanced MS Excel.
• Alteryx.
• Power BI (including Power Query).
• PowerPoint for leadership‑ready presentations.
• Familiarity with employee‑survey platforms or Workday (advantage).
• Basic statistical modelling (advantage).
