Part‑Time Student Opportunities in Business Support

About the role

This part‑time position is aimed at university students who want to gain practical experience in an international corporate environment. You will work approximately 20 hours per week on administrative and communicative tasks across several departments.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customer service support, handling enquiries and order processing.
• Assist the ERP Program Team in designing and managing standard business processes.
• Support Order‑to‑Cash activities to ensure timely cash collection and debt management.
• Help the Procure‑to‑Pay team with invoice processing, expense reporting and account reconciliation.

Required profile

• University student, preferably studying finance or economics (other fields welcome).
• Intermediate English; additional language (German, French, Italian, Spanish or Dutch) is a plus.
• Willingness to learn, team‑oriented attitude and ability to work about 20 hours per week.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS‑Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Familiarity with corporate ERP systems such as SAP, eScala, BAAN or similar.
