Methods Engineering Engineer

About the role

The Methods Engineering Engineer is responsible for improving manufacturing performance and identifying solutions to increase productivity, as well as implementing the most effective improvement measures. The role involves analyzing, optimizing, and continuously improving manufacturing processes while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Analysis, optimization, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes.
• Identification and resolution of production issues to reduce costs and increase productivity.
• Implementation of new technologies and automation in production.
• Cooperation with maintenance, quality, and development teams to improve processes.
• Preparation and updating of work procedures and technical documentation.
• Support in the introduction of new products into production (NPI).

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position in the automotive sector.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and continuous improvement principles (Lean, Six Sigma).
• Ability to read technical documentation; experience with CAD/PLC is an advantage.
• Communicative level of English.
• Knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel.
• Good organizational skills, analytical thinking, and problem‑solving abilities.
