Legal Specialist

About the role

IQVIA is looking for a Legal Specialist to lead the drafting, negotiation and administration of customer agreements for its global laboratory business. The role works with stakeholders across Europe, America and Asia, ensuring contracts align with company policies, legal requirements and commercial objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, revise and negotiate a variety of laboratory customer agreements, including Master Service Agreements, amendments and confidentiality agreements.
• Prepare execution‑ready contracts and manage the full contract lifecycle from initiation to signature.
• Maintain contract tracking, reporting and accurate documentation within internal contract management systems.
• Monitor compliance with contracting standards and produce status reports on expirations and renewals.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers and collaborate with sales, finance, operations and legal teams.
• Conduct legal research related to contractual matters and contribute to process‑improvement initiatives.
• Participate in global negotiation teams to promote consistency and quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business or a related field; paralegal certification preferred.
• Minimum five years of experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
• Proven ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, global environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
